What is Chakra Healing?

Chakra Healing, also known as Chakra Balancing and Chakra Clearing, is an energy healing method that works on healing and balancing chakras. Chakra Healing can be done in person or remotely, through Distance Healing.

Many people have found great benefits from Chakra Healing, including having more energy; a stronger sense of feeling grounded, secure, confident and having emotional balance; and feeling more connected to God/Universal energy.

What are Chakras?

Chakras are energy centers on the body which extend out into the aura (energetic field), acting as pumps and valves to regulate the energy system. Chakras are not physical; they are aspects of the consciousness and energetic body, the same as the aura. They interact with the physical body through systems such as the nervous and endocrine systems.

According to ancient writings, there are thousands of chakras covering the human body, some of which are very small and some which are medium-sized, like on the fingers, hands and feet. There are seven major chakras on the midline of the body, from the base of the spine to the crown of the head, that correspond to organs, glands, senses (such as sight or taste), colors, foods, characteristics, etc.

Chakras are resonances of our spiritual nature and are sensitive to emotions and thoughts. If a person thinks negatively, it can create congestion, which, over time, can block and eventually close the chakras.

When the chakras become congested, blocked and/or closed, a person’s physical and emotional health are affected, creating problems such as fatigue, emotional imbalances or diseases.
